    Our Ceramic Coating Process

A premium ceramic coating is only as good as the preparation underneath. Explore our meticulous step-by-step process to ensure a flawless, long-lasting finish.

    Paint Decontamination
    01

    Paint Decontamination

We start with a thorough hand wash, followed by a chemical iron decontamination and mechanical clay bar treatment. This removes embedded contaminants, industrial fallout, and brake dust from the clear coat, ensuring a perfectly smooth surface.

    Machine Polishing & Paint Correction

Once the surface is clean, we perform machine polishing to remove swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation. This step restores the paint's clarity and depth, which is crucial because the ceramic coating will lock in whatever condition the paint is in.

    Surface Prep & Panel Wipe

After polishing, the vehicle is wiped down with a specialized prep spray. This removes any remaining polishing oils, waxes, or residues, ensuring the clear coat is completely bare for maximum coating adhesion.

    Coating Application & Curing

    Coating Application & Curing

The ceramic coating is carefully applied by hand in small sections. Once it flashes, it is leveled and buffed off. The vehicle is then kept in a controlled environment to allow the coating to cure and bond with the paint, forming a hard, protective layer.

    • Leveling and buffing
    • Controlled curing
